Building Resilience - Chakra Balancing Yoga Workshop

Many cultures believe that all symptoms of the body and mind begin in our energetic field and in the Chakras. When our energy is affected, if left untreated and possibly ignored, then eventually blockages and negative energy can start to affect the physical body and mind. In this nurturing 3 hour workshop we will practice a slow mindful flow of yoga poses as well as a series of yin poses; all topped of with a nourishing yoga Nidra aimed at balancing the Chakras to promote resilience and equilibrium. A perfect morning to nourish your body mind and spirit
