I am dedicated to improving your resilience,stability, strength and muscle tone. I specialise in teaching slow, mindful, holistic Hatha and yin yoga classes incorporating mindful movement and relaxation.  


Classes are delivered in a light hearted way with yoga philosophy, breath and mindfulness work.and strength.
